Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Let your child help combine a 15-ounce can of pumpkin and a box of yellow cake mix. Add ½ cup of chocolate chips and mix well. Spoon mixture into mini-muffin tins. (Make them fairly full.) Bake muffins for 8–10 minutes. Enjoy together.
